Terms of Service & Grooming Policy

We understand that plans can change sometimes.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your treatment or reschedule your appointment, so it doesn't affect other clients.

Brushing is included in every grooming package.

If your dog has severe matting or tangles, the treatment may take a little longer than usual, so we can keep it safe and as comfortable as possible.

In that case, an additional fee of €15 applies for every extra 20 minutes.

If the matting is severe enough that shaving close to the skin could cause pain or irritation, we may suggest a shorter cut instead — your dog's health always comes first.

If fleas, ticks, or other parasites are found during the treatment, we may:

• Stop the treatment,
• Continue the treatment where possible, or
• Charge an additional cleaning and disinfection fee, to keep the salon hygienic for everyone.

Thank you for understanding — this helps us keep the studio a safe, comfortable space for every dog that visits.

Your dog's safety and comfort always come first, and we treat every dog with the greatest care.

When booking, please let us know in advance about anything that could affect the treatment, such as:

• Pre-existing conditions
• Allergies
• Skin conditions
• Medication
• Past surgeries
• Injuries
• Behavioral notes

While we take the utmost care with every treatment, we can't be held responsible for issues arising from pre-existing conditions, your dog's constitution, skin, or behavior.

If we notice anything unusual during the treatment, we'll let you know as soon as we can.

For senior dogs, puppies, and dogs with health conditions, their wellbeing always comes first.

If we notice signs of strong stress or strain during the treatment, we may adjust the session or end it early, for your dog's safety.

We may share photos or videos from your dog's grooming visit on our website or social media.

If you'd rather we didn't, just let us know when booking or during your visit — we're always happy to leave your pup out of the spotlight.
